As a token of our appreciation for keeping us top or your list as a preferred home builder, we have in place the following referral programs.
Realtor Referral
1 We value relationships realtors have with their clients and are proud to have a realtor referral program in place to acknowledge that relationship. If you are a licensed realtor in the province of Alberta and have a client that may be interested in purchasing a spec home under construction or a new custom home with us, please contact our area sales manager Betty Semeniuk for more details on our program and to register your client.
Private Referral
2We would like to thank you with a $500.00 VISA gift card. Just be sure to request a REFERRAL FORM from any Kanvi Homes Sales representative at one of our show homes. Please note, recipients will receive their gift within 30 days of a new, referring contract being signed with a deposit made (and conditions if any removed). Any taxes are the financial obligation of the recipient. Gifts will not be awarded in addition to any realtor commissions. Thank you again for your kind gesture.
