We purchased a Spec. home from Kanvi at the stage where we were able to pick our finishing selections and found Kanvi to be extremely accommodating. Our main contact was Joe throughout the building stage who answered all our questions and quick to respond to various phone calls and emails. This was our 2nd time with a new home build and in comparison found this experience much more enjoyable thanks to the team at Kanvi Homes! Definitely a more personal relationship with a custom builder.
