Our purchase process is designed to build your knowledge and inspire your imagination. During each phase of our process our clients are presented black lines prepared by our in-house design team. If customizing, each change is reviewed in detail by our team to verify our ability to complete the detail. At each step of the journey, you'll be presented with pricing that is easy to understand and our Area Sales Managers are at your disposal. We value transparency and factual communication, and we're here to help you along the journey.

Online

Access

During the entire time we're building a home for you, we give you access to the same tools our team uses to plan and execute your home expertly. Our online access has a log of items completed, a calendar and even photos of your home while in construction!

Kanvi hosts a Client appreciation party. Each of our clients from over the last 10 years gets an invite. Typically we host it in one of our newest showhomes. Food, drinks and a good time are always had!
